A-1 Commercial Storage has climate and non-climate controlled storage units available at two locations. We offer climate controlled storage units in Saint Albans, WV with 24 hour video surveillance on the premises. We also have non-climate controlled units available on Woodrum Lane in Charleston.
We have 126 climate controlled storage units in Saint Albans, with sizes ranging from 5x5 to 10x20, we have something for everyone. There is a 12 foot roll-up garage door on the side entrance so you can back a U-Haul or truck inside the building and unload items into your unit(s). We offer after hour electronic entry. The inside temperature is maintained between fifty-five (55) and seventy-eight (78) degrees.
We also have non-climate controlled storage units on Woodrums Lane in Charleston. We have units ranging in sizes from 5x10 to 40x60, with the option of utilities in the larger units. We have a caretaker living on the premises who monitors the facility daily. These storage units are accessible from 6 am to 9 pm, the electronic gate is activated for “No Entry” after 9pm, for your protection.
